At LUMA PARK, we work to deliver every order as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Because our collection includes both in-stock pieces and select made-to-order styles, delivery times may vary by item.
In-Stock Items
Most in-stock items are expected to arrive within 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Made-to-Order & Overseas Production Items
Select LUMA PARK pieces are produced specifically for your order through our overseas production partners.
These items have an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 30–40 days from the date of purchase.
Because these pieces require additional production and international transit time, occasional delays may occur due to production schedules, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order contains a made-to-order item, the estimated delivery timeframe will be clearly indicated on the product page whenever applicable.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, your items may arrive in separate shipments.
You will receive tracking information as each shipment becomes available.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more.
Orders under $150 will be charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.
